At Clover Therapy, we find it important to protect your privacy. We handle your private information with great care and adhere to the applicable laws an regulations.
 

• Process your personal data in accordance with the purpose for which they are provided, these purposes and types of personal data are described in this Privacy Policy

• Processing of your personal data is limited to only those data that are minimally necessary for the purposes for which they are processed

• Ask for your explicit consent if I need this for the processing of your personal data 

• Have appropriate technical and organizational measures in place so that the security of your personal data is guaranteed 

• Do not provide personal data to other parties, unless this is necessary for carrying out the purposes for which they are provided

• Are aware of your rights concerning your personal data, want to point this out to you and respect these.

• Your personal data will be stored by me for the below named purposes, for the period of 15 years from the end of the treatment. After that they will be destroyed.

Personal data of client is used and processed by Clover Therapy for administrative purposes and for psychological treatment. Meaning, Clover Therapy may request personal data such as your name, address, date of birth, phone number, e-mail, gender, marital status and/or information regarding your insurance.

Data provided can only be provided to third parties if it is in line with the purposes described above. Furthermore, Clover Therapy will not provide your data to other parties, unless this is legally required and permitted, or in a situation where you request this yourself and have given written permission to do so.
